Profile:

I have always loved traveling and writing. I have traveled to several countries and spent 12 years in the United States. During my seven year stay in New York City, I got my BA in English focusing on Literary Criticism and Philosophy from Hunter College. I lived in Chicago, Florida, New York, Alaska, and Las Vegas. In Florida, I was offered a full scholarship by the U.S. Department of Education to pursue an M.A.  in TESOL at Florida Atlantic University. I worked at the same university as a Graduate Assistant.  I moved back to Turkey in 2013. As an ESL lecturer, I worked at Yasar University between 2014-2019 in Izmir, Turkey. I am a passionate photographer, creative writer, and an avid bicyclist.
